  IMG_6803.JPG - This is one of my favorite shots of the entire trip. Huang cautioned us about photographing military personnel. But I've never been able to follow instructions. After missing one shot of a group of soldiers in the Forbidden City because I didn't have the camera set up, I was ready for the next group. This was shot with the 100-400 zoom lens from about 25 feet. After I shot the photo I wondered what they would do with me when they passed. But they continued on their way. We were told that all Chinese Army soldiers are 6 feet tall.
